Hilary O'Toole

Hilary O'Toole, Yoga InstructorHilary came to the yoga mat the first time in 1997, at the time she had severe chronic pain derived from an athletic background of gymnastics and snowboarding. Her lifelong training made her think that yoga could only complement her athletic upbringing. What surprised her was that not only did yoga strengthen her body, but release the pain she had been enduring since childhood. Through the practice of Bikram, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Hatha, and Kundalini yoga over the years her practice not only has supported her body's healing, but grown into a healing journey of the mind and spirit.

Indigo Stray

Indigo recently returned home to CO after studying and teaching yoga in NYC and San Francisco since 1999. She led her first classes out at Burning Man in the dust of the Black Rock Desert and looks forward to returning her practice to the earth whenever she can.  Her classes are vigorous and inventive, inviting practitioners to dance at their edge and rest as they need.  Indigo holds deep gratitude for her many teachers, including Dana Flynn, Jasmine Tarkeshi, David Life, Sharon Gannon, Cyndi Lee, and Judith Hanson Lasater. Nathalie Kazandjian

I remember picking up a very old and well used book of yoga postures when I was in high school and becoming completely intrigued with the photos, wondering how people twisted into some of the crazier poses. I didn’t know of any yogis and there weren’t any studios in my town so I would practice (mostly savasana) in my room by candlelight. I remember how amazing my body felt after these quiet sessions but, being a teenager, other priorities took over and sadly, my yoga practice slipped away.

Nichole Golden

Nichole Golden, InstructorWhen I was introduced to Yoga seven years ago it was love at first sight. I am profoundly moved by the exploration into the relationship with the self that yoga encourages, and the healing qualities that are stimulated through that exploration. I enjoy drawing from many schools of thought on the Asana practice to cultivate an energetic and deeply spiritual experience. My intention with each class is to hold space for students to connect with the expression of the body and the energy of the soul.
