When I started going here a few months ago(right after they opened) I was already impressed with the beautiful studio, instructors, service and pricing but as I have become more dedicated to my practice(thanks to FSY) I am completely amazed on how this studio keeps raising the bar. The whole Free Soul Yoga experience just keeps getting better and better. To the whole staff, thank you for always delivering.

I am a busy professional living and working in Centennial (30 min from downtown). As anyone who has taken a yoga class at FSY knows, the classes are awesome, instructors amazing and experience spiritual!

But I'm not writing about the classes this time because FSY is SO MUCH MORE than yoga.  It is a sanctuary!  Yesterday, I worked from a vendor site located downtown.  My day started very early at 5:30AM.  In addition to putting in a full 11-12 hour day at work, my teammates and I were also "required" to attend an after-work event with our vendors that would stretch into the late hours of the night.  With 1 hour between the official end of my work day and the event, I needed a place to go to decompress.  I did not want to drive home because by the time I got there, I'd just have to turn around and come right back downtown--and besides, traffic would have been a mess at that time of day.  I decided to go to FSY, located just 5 minutes from my vendor's offices.

The purpose of yesterday's visit was to take a shower at FSY.  The friendly staff greeted me at the door and welcomed me with open arms.  I took the most relaxing, serene shower under the giant rain showerhead at FSY.  The free shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided at the studio completed my relaxing experience at the break of a very hectic day.  But it doesn't stop there--FSY also provides hair dryers, mouthwash, lotion, cotton balls, and Q-tips!  Thanks to FSY, I was able to enjoy a 1 hour reprieve from the stresses of my day and rejuvenate prior to jumping back in to my professional life to complete my 18-hour workday!  A million thanks Free Soul Yoga. You SAVED me yesterday!!!! <3 <3 <3

I tend to not like boutique or studio yoga. It generally seems pretentious, competetive and a bit of a meat market. Free Soul Yoga is none of these! I love this place!The variety of teachers are great. I have faith in their abilities to teach, the people are friendly, atmosphere is beautiful and serene. I love the recycled element. Keep up the good work!

Being in the fitness industry for over 15 years, I've had the opportunity to take hundreds of fitness and yoga classes in Colorado and all over California- I am VERY impressed (which is VERY hard to do) with each instructor's knowledge and expertise. 

If you've been taking yoga for years or are brand new to it, I believe you will be hooked after experiencing Soul Free Yoga! This is the studio I have been recommending to our nutrition and training clients, and I get excited every time I bring a friend or introduce someone to a class because I know they will love it!

I was intending to write a comment on how beautiful the studio is and how much I thoroughly enjoyed my class but after taking a much needed shower I felt compelled to comment on the "shower of a lifetime". I have traveled and stayed in many high end hotels/resorts and I have found very few that compare to the showers at this studio. As strange as it sounds, yes. This funky studio in little old Denver has 5 star showers that would make the Ritz stand up and take notice. The oversized rain head shower heads combined with the pebble stone floor that gives you a little foot massage as you shower is heavenly. If you visit this gem of a studio, don't short change yourself by skipping out without a shower...........It's the icing on the cake and then some.

I had a fabulous class with Denise.  She was clear and concise in her cueing and even had a sense of humor.  I will definitely be back.

I was very excited to finally get to check out the newest yoga studio in Denver.  My excitement was well warranted.  Before the class even began, I was completely impressed with the building and studio itself.  The attention to detail, while remaining completely eco friendly is outstanding.  They have created a beautiful space while leaving such a small footprint.  The class I attended was a Friday night almost dance party class with Richii Jai, complete with in studio dj, fun!  It was a great way to start the weekend and I loved Richii's teaching style.  The 75 minute long classes allow time for breakdown's of more postures, which I find so helpful.  How else can we learn the correct alignments?

All in all, Free Soul is a fantastic addition to the Denver yoga community.  More studios should follow their lead.  I can't wait to go back!

Being an avid yogini with over 10 years on my mat I have seen many studios come and go and for that reason I am always hesitant to try a new studio when they first open because of the kinks getting worked out, being consistant, etc, etc. With that being said I tried Free Soul Yoga because they are walking distance from my home and wow how they have out done themselves. Before you even get inside you can see that this is like no other yoga studio in town. The spacious free parking, the recycling, the outside deck with music pumping out. Once you step inside the list of amazing things that this studio has done is endless. Then to top it all off their prices are so affordable. The class I took with Nicole was outstanding!  Bravo, bravo and thank you for giving me a new studio so close to my home to call home.
