Hello Friend! I'm Paula
I'm an Author, Speaker, Wellness & Yoga Teacher, and Founder of Free Soul Yoga. I'm passionate about living my purpose helping others live a life of wellness, freedom, and abundance, and reflecting the love of Christ.
I'm the co-author of the soon to be released book The Keys to Living Authentically with Jack Canfield, international bestselling author of Chicken Soup for the Soul series.
I overcame living with chronic stress, overwhelm, and anxiety. I was a single parent, experienced work/life imbalance, and later caregiving to two aging parents,, and, I'm now committed to helping others live a life of peace, wholeness, and authenticity.
I'm a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, a Yahweh Yoga Teacher, and a member of the Yoga Alliance and the American Institute of Stress. I previously owned Beat for Life and facilitated HealthRhythms drum circles for many wellness and corporate groups as well as being a nonprofit leader.
I have a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and a Master's in Public Administration from Grand Canyon University.
In 2020, after 20+ years as a successful non-profit leader, I left Corporate America to answer my calling for teaching others the strategies that transformed my life.
My other passions include my love for Seattle, Washington, dancing, music, traveling, nature, and enjoying great food and people.
