Buti - Buti, in Indian Marathi, means "the cure to something hidden or kept secret". Buti Yoga is a dynamic practice infused with primal movement, tribal dance, and deep core engagement. The Buti class is set to rhythmic and powerful music beats. The course focuses on the core and hips and uses the Spiral Structure Technique to strengthen the body and mind from the inside out. Buti offers an incredible journey into wellness, connection, and empowerment! Appropriate for all levels.

Drum Circles - Our HealthRhythms drum circles are an evidence-based drumming protocol for health promotion. Health benefits include stress reduction, improved mood, boosted immune system, reduced anxiety, synchronized brain activity, inspired joy, and creativity. No musical experience is required. But, if you have a heartbeat, you can drum.
